We use flat rates for all our shipping. You can check the rates for each product individually bellow (the information is also available at each product page and at the shopping cart).

Paper prints ship at a single flat rate, no matter how many you add to your cart.

If you buy 3 or more products, we offer free shipping for you entire order.

You will always be provided with a tracking number after your purchase.

Some products, even if belonging to the same order, may be shipped in separate package, and may or may not arrive at the same time. In these cases, you will be provided with as many tracking numbers as packages you will receive.

The processing time is 1-3 days. During holidays and major festivities, it can be extended up to 5 days.

The estimated delivery time differs from country to country and for each product type. However, we choose partners that fulfil your product most close to your delivery address, so we can ensure you will receive the item as fast as possible. We are located in the United Kingdom, and to receive returns and exchanges and have the refund processed, you would need to send the item back to us. It may sound simple for domestic customers, but it is a slow and inefficient process for international ones. As we sell internationally, we implemented a better solution to accommodate all the buyers in our store equally. If the mistake is our or our partners, we offer a refund or replacement guaranteed for all the purchases, without you having to send the product back.

If something happens at customer side, if it is a mistake such as misspelling in personalised products or wrong address, for example, we offer a replacement for the item, sending you a brand new one, when you only pay the minimum cost of production plus shipping.
